Terms of Service
Operated by [LEGAL ENTITY FULL NAME — TO BE COMPLETED] · Last updated July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY FULL NAME — TO BE COMPLETED] (“Hostlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of Hostlas websites, customer accounts, hosting, cloud, VPS, domains, email, website builders, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to open a Hostlas account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and recovery methods, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@hostlas.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or involve unpaid balances.
2. Services description
Hostlas provides infrastructure and software tools described on product pages and at checkout. Features, resource limits, locations, SLAs, and inclusions may vary by plan. Marketing pages describe typical offerings; the configuration you purchase controls entitlements. We may modify, replace, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable, except where immediate change is needed for security, legal compliance, or third-party provider changes.
3. Orders, fees, taxes, and renewals
Prices, introductory offers, taxes (where collected), and renewal rates are shown at checkout or in your account. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms at the then-current regular rate for that product. Domain registry fees and ICANN/ccTLD rules may change independently of Hostlas promotions.
Payment is processed by Stripe or other processors we designate. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method for fees due. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes not collected by Hostlas.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the Services to:
- Violate law, regulation, or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, and export controls)
- Distribute malware, run unauthorized scans, open relays, phishing, or credential stuffing
- Mine cryptocurrency on shared/cloud plans unless expressly permitted on a specific VPS/dedicated plan
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email; Hostlas business email is for legitimate correspondence
- Interfere with or disrupt Hostlas infrastructure or other customers
- Misrepresent affiliation with Hostlas or resell Services except under a written partnership or agency program
Report suspected abuse to abuse@hostlas.com. We may investigate and take actions including content removal, traffic blocking, and account termination.
5. Customer content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“Customer Content”). You grant Hostlas a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services, perform backups, and comply with law. You represent that you have all rights needed for Customer Content and that it does not violate these Terms.
6. Domains
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN, registry, and registrar policies, including UDRP where applicable. See our Domain Dispute (UDRP) Policy. Some domain fees are non-refundable once submitted to a registry. You are responsible for renewing domains and keeping WHOIS/registrant data accurate where required.
7. Beta and preview features
Beta or preview features are provided “as is,” may be unstable, and may be changed or withdrawn without liability beyond what these Terms already require.
8. Intellectual property
Hostlas trademarks, software, documentation, and site content remain the property of [LEGAL ENTITY FULL NAME — TO BE COMPLETED] or its licensors. Except for limited rights to use the Services, no license is granted. Feedback you provide may be used by Hostlas without obligation to you.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the relationship. We implement administrative and technical measures designed to protect the Services, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Customer Content will never be lost; maintain your own backups appropriate to your risk.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [LEGAL ENTITY FULL NAME — TO BE COMPLETED] AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HOSTLAS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Hostlas against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by Hostlas’s willful misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel renewals as described in your account. We may suspend or terminate for breach, nonpayment, legal risk, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; we may delete data after a commercially reasonable period unless law requires longer retention. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / VENUE — TO BE COMPLETED], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [GOVERNING LAW / VENUE — TO BE COMPLETED] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Domain disputes may also proceed under UDRP or court orders as applicable.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted via the website or email when practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Notices and contact
Legal notices to Hostlas must be sent to [LEGAL ENTITY FULL NAME — TO BE COMPLETED], [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE COMPLETED], with a copy to support@hostlas.com (or such other address we publish). Notices to you may be sent to your account email.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and policies referenced at purchase, are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
